In-Reach
In-Reach is the provision of specialized services by professionals from agencies external to Centre 454. The purpose of In-Reach is to provide services to the participants at Centre 454 that are in addition to the services offered by the Centre.
These include:

- Housing Help
- John Howard Society
- Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre Psychiatric Outreach & Addictions Outreach
- University of Ottawa Legal Clinic (students)
University of Ottawa Student Legal Clinic
- Wabano Centre for Aboriginal Health
